• Outside Dhaka : Outside Dhaka, delivery is estimated to take 3-5 days, but could be delayed by the courier agency, natural disasters, or unusual circumstances.
6. Returns and Exchanges
• Return Policy : We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 1-3 days of receipt. Items must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags.
• Exchange Policy : Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
