Return & Exchange Policy


At WINGS Sportswear, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.



1. Returns


Eligibility for Return :
• Time Frame : You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 1-3 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition : Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
• Non-Returnable Items : Customized products, special orders, and final sale items are not eligible for return.


How to Initiate a Return:
• Contact Us : Email our customer service team at info.Wings2024@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Return Authorization : We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
• Ship the Item : Pack the item securely and include the RAN (Return Authorization Number). Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.


Return Shipping Costs :
• Prepaid Returns : We offer prepaid return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds :
• Processing Time : Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. (Not applicable for cash on delivery products)



2. Exchanges


Eligibility for Exchange :
• Time Frame : Exchanges are available within 1-3 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition : Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels and packaging attached.


How to Request an Exchange:
• Contact Us : Email our customer service team at info.Wings2024@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement.
• Exchange Authorization : We will confirm the availability of the replacement item and provide further instructions.
• Ship the Item : Return the original item following the instructions provided by our customer service team.


Exchange Shipping Costs :
• Prepaid Exchanges : We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to defects or errors. For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.



3. Defective or Incorrect Items


Defective Items:
• Contact Us : If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at info.Wings2024@gmail.com with your order number and details of the defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Items:
• Contact Us : If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team at info.Wings2024@gmail.com within 1-3 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.



4. Refund


Eligibility :
• The refund will be processed after the evaluation of the returned product and report claimed.
• Replacement is subject to availability of product stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
• The convenience charge and the shipping charge for ‘Cash on Delivery’ would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
• Refund policy is not applicable for Cash on Delivery.


Method :
Refund Processing Time:
• Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within the next 7-10 Business days.


Refund Payment :
• For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.
• Please note that sometimes refund may take additional time for technical errors. In that case, you are requested to contact us immediately and we will process the refund.
